"Re-Solved": It does not take a village; it's not that simple - necessary, not sufficient.
An ongoing debate: P.O.T. (see 10/4)
"Resolved" A word that signals that a debate is about to start, as in high school or college debate teams, which prepare for such action, 'normative statements', by being prepared to take both sides of an argument, envisioning themselves as either the affirming or negating team on the particular topic, subject under consideration, debate..."resolutions being selected annually by affiliated schools..."
Joint Resolutions: Those that are passed by both the Senate and the House (of Representatives), both of which represent U.S. in different ways, 'proportionately', after an incredible amount of debate by our 'Founding Fathers'. What's provided for each and every one of US in the Constitution...including, of course, "The Bill of Rights"...rights that are spelled out, as well as some calls for...
Joint Responsibilities: "Shared by, or belonging to, two or more people, groups..."
Standards of Excellence: In order to even begin a debate, in "debate format", on what it takes to bring an (educational) program into prominence, as well as sustain it, as in "Performance Over Time"..."A Tradition of Excellence", there has to be an agreement on what standards we will hold up as the ones to compare a school's performance against, who will judge it...as in "standards are flawless and impeccable"...."a compilation of desired qualities and characteristics..." The emphasis within and between such "operational definitions" a term itself regarding terms, that is important in any effective, fair debate..."those that allow researchers or debaters, to describe in a specific way what they mean when they use a certain term...in concrete measurable terms..."😕(?) Okay...
"By way of example" Another signal, this time a phrase, that introduces something you are about to do or say that helps to back up or explain a previous claim (or one to come). As in "faculty set and model high expectations and an understanding that attainment of excellence is an internal process, not driven solely by external rewards..."
"Case in point" Yet another way to signal you are going to share "an instance or example that illustrates what is being discussed, debated..." As in "Setting the benchmark of excellence is not really a tall order for schools in the city, with high expectations from parents and the teaching fraternity...schools today are going the extra mile to strive for the coveted accreditation for providing quality education" - Chennai, "The Times of India" - May, 2019
OK, "Let the debate begin" Re: core training, (educational) programs...P.O.T.
