"I'm back!"

Anxiety, that is...who did you think?! Actually, in your reality, I never left. Two lines from a play, a larger script that I will disclose in full in the not-too-distant future in the full-length version "In Defense of Anxiety..." The pro-longue of which I already en-treated you to, a few daze back, here. Very revealing, as in SUPER! Today, count yourself among the lucky ones, especially if tuning in for the very first time, for whatever reason, prompt brought you to this place. For I am going to at least attempt to tickle your fancy, as in give you just enough, to leave you wanting...more. You late-comers are just in time, not too late (meaning not too late to go back through the 505 pre-ceding posts, including the 'build-up', 2/18). Who knows, maybe when it's finally out to the public, after some initial reviews, depending on how many stars get filled in by a sufficient number of readers, so-called reviewers..."always a critic!"

So here is a sneak peak, trailer, tickler (RU ticklish?), call it what you will...as in "Blessing or curse, chapter and verse" (from the "Table of dis-contents"). A sampler of what you can come to expect, on this vast subject, affecting every domain of your life (sounding a bit like a riddle? it is...). The first paragraph of the first chapter, en-titled "The Courting"...

Up close and personal: Un-folding right in back of your eyes, the following scene...one that may have come to you unexpectedly as you prepped for some "shut eye" and largely unwelcome...in the dark of the night, interrupting what may have up to the moment been "pleasant dreams dear..." A rude awakening. At which time it takes a minute or two in a now semi-conscious state, to convince yourself, as the room is swirling with emotions and your mind becomes flooded with thoughts...a tsunami! Thoughts that could, if not properly mitigated and at the correct time, rise to the level of self-doubt..."am I really dreaming or have I actually lost it?!" Moments of doubt, a bit of dread about what just happened or, even more fore-boding, a harbinger of what's yet to..."Geez, I hope it was just a dream..." We've all been there: states of Anxiety, which is soon to go on trial, as you'll see, in the near future, whether or not you purchase the book, or bother to show up, in Court...
