Run Offs: Do's, Don'ts

Trendy: As in full of style, grace, good taste, despite being out of order (as in stepping ahead..."taking cuts!"😠), going ahead in line without permission...as in inserting this post ahead of the on I pre-viewed. Which would not be Parisian-like, or get a "Like👍" in Paris, later this month. But, other-wise quite timely if you're laying out your clothes, packing your bags, taking an extra heavy one, to the so-called "City of Light". Or even just tuning in, Olympic style...

Have another round! As in yet another round of elections, a so-called "run-off" to finally determine a winner, clear up this mess ahead of the guests arriving, the one that was left when one President (sounds like) "E-manual" called for, make a snap decision to call for a snap election, which turns out not to be so...snappy, after all...Which has got a lot of people talking (so I overheard this morning on BBC, which is always quick, to comment, on their neighbors)...Speaking of speaking, commenting...

Running Off: At the mouth, by so-called "talking, (bobble?) heads" -- especially if you go on, before or after your allotted time, it could result in getting de-miked...which might be better than running your sentences together, and other-wise muting your-self. Hmmmm...Which could, if it persists into the next election cycle (see the connection with France yet?) having your so-called handlers calling for you to "stand down" (odd descriptor, if I ever heard one) even if you are the so-called "sitting...President" Others to be a-voided...

Don't..."Run off so quick, where are you going in such a rush...can't you spare just a few more minutes...?" This issued in the form of what in texting, is known as MIG with a meme to match 😢 -- a feeling wee, wee can all relate to -- Mother Induced Guilt, which should have been one of the additional four feelings ("You really blew it this time😟...didn't you...?!") in the just released, updated "Inside Out" (spoiler alert...Oops!). But, on the other hand...

Do: As in "By all means...you best get going, get a move on, what are you sitting here for...you have a flight to make, to join your Olympic team-mates to Paris...don't worry about me...run off now...!" But wait, just one more, bit of add-vice on behalf of all the hope-fulls...Just in case you're about to...

Run off: The occasional times where an individual or whole team has such a big lead..."it's as if they ran away and hid😕, from the competition..." Odder yet...

Odd-ball: The rare occasion where, instead of the batter, having left the batter's box, instead of running the bases, or even trotting, after batting in the winning run in the bottom of the last inning, is caught "walking off" -- in the whacky world of b-ball, that it is...

Off and running: Well, not so fast...don't want to get DQ'd...
