First and for most: "No harm shall come to you"
Re: birth, of a nation.
First, after worst: In other words, what could be worse than what we just endured, been witness to, for what historians will call "eons"?
Repeat, after me: "I will uphold, defend, protect, and then seek to preserve..." Words of promise, that signal the beginning of a new administration in Inaugural terms, but a more globally expressed statement of intentions regarding what You out there, can count on from US up high, in so-called lofty positions that, historically go back as far as Mt. Olympus...
Feeling at home: For the very first time or upon return...similar to a condition that was established after words that were solemnly stated at a baptism, christening, or other early rite of passage, into a new life, that have their equivalent throughout history and the world this morning, whether put in secular or sacred terms...
Safe, Secure: Pre-conditions that are foundational, that give rise to more independent aspirations and the eventual call for what toddlers on the move experience as limits or corrective actions...
Mean-while: Those who were promised one thing and experienced, endured, hardship instead, may take a while to feel safe, even after assurances that "it's okay to come out again..."
