A Two-fold Guarantee: How about ending the year with an even simpler formula for resolving, as well as one which guarantees your ability to keep the resolution, as well as one which guarantees to add quality to your well-being (aka self-care, see 12/27) and that of "others" in your life (aka other-care, see 12/27), no matter the location, time of the year, no matter the season. A 'fool-proof' formula, a tamper-proof prescription. All this wrapped up into just two ingredients, two rules ("Ugh, you say, I knew there was going to be a catch, conditions, rules!") -- but just wait, don't click the mouse just yet...I myself never thought that rules to live by would be so simple to remember and comply with, with so many options for daily application, and two that will allow you to dispense with many other more complicated ones ("Now he's sounding like an Infomercial...next thing we know he'll be asking for a credit card...").
