Re: Be-holding, Part 1: Cyber Monday - it's a launch! (sneak peak)
Behold, celestial bodies; It's what's showing...just cast a glance, take a chance...
In and around, above and below: The (snow) globe, of course. If you're a late arrival, just turn back to the last post here for a pre-view of the two party system, that gave rise to the bi-cameral divided house re:garding those that consider themselves the "movers" which I will take the executive action of assigning it to the lower chamber, whereas the "shakers" are the upper, but they end up, in the end, having almost equal say, representation, depending on the matter 'in hand', at least here among US, if not all around the globe...speaking of...
Anscestry.com: Intra-inter-planetary, your own constellation...it's all relative..."what's in a name, anyway?" Well, it's what's showing, at least today...if you crane your neck enough. Who, what, where...??? Well, Orion, of course! Along with Artemis, which is only apropos, for the day, as well as way-y-y back in the day, as in Greek Mythology. First things first, as today is the day that the space module eponymously named presumably with written permission, which could only find a few dummies to take the invite, along with 'Snoop(y) Dog', is projected as a projectile to be the farthest from the Earth (over 268,500 miles) @ 3:05 CST today, for those who might themselves out and about, after ordering everything online early...before it's all "picked over" or at least before prices are projected to "sky-rocket" by the respective sponsors...But eons before cyber was even a thing, before Mondays were even invented, and way-y-y before some aspiring entrepreneur decided to play calendar magic, there were the Greeks, myths...ergo "Greek Mythology", now even offered as a course in colleges, as well as a whole lifestyle on and off campus...including at NASA, apparently...
Back on course: After a few weather delays, Orion is now setting course, first un'manned' ("space travel for dummies, 101") and about half a century after our, US, the first trip to 'our' moon, prepping for a return trip...which will eventually be a brief rest stop, on the way to Mars! But before you get carried away, the story behind the story is that Orion, son of Poseidon and Euryale, had the power to walk on top of the seas, which he proceeded to do, until "blinded by love" after coming on a bit strong to Merope, and then had his sight re-stored by Helios, after which he finally found and hung out with Artemis...legend has it, all of this and more...love in outer spaces (A-h-h-h😍, it all comes together, and you thought NASA thought all this up)...Anscestry.interplanetary.com...while here, on earth, we mortals prep for what's likely to be a HUGE day, at least for cyber shoppers and their benefactors...
Steel Our-selves: That is, get ready for an onslaught of ads, new myths about the "best bargains"..."prices will never reach this low again..." And while you are casting glance at all the ads, looking down at your phone, staring into your computer, you may also want to add an additional layer, even while indoors...another layer of identity protection, or else you may find yourself, un-becoming yourself, stealed in another way...which could, if you are not vigilant, "look out for yourself"...
The power's in your hands: So we're often told. Not just on this Cyber (attack?) Monday, but any time you feel the urge, to yourself want to feel what's it like to look down on US mere mortals, like all the Greek gods represented constellationally, simply pick up the nearest snow globe and give it a good...
Happy Cyber Monday - Make good choices!
(Lots more beholding to be-hold here, but perhaps after Orion and I-dentity are fully re-covered...)
