Re-search (and destroy?) "Give it Up": An Air of Doctrin-aire

"...the search is complete...the search is complete...the search is complete, how many times do I...?!"

In Part, X 3: Bearing (false?) witness, to...

Question-able, findings (comma intended, for effect):  "...but how do you explain yet another discovery of so-called classified documents, that were supposed to be protected, after (he) swore to uphold the Constitution...so casually stored these secret papers, in and around his home, some situated next to a shredder...discovered after a long, arduous search, for such docs that could potentially make US vulnerable to undue influence, and even foreign powers...do these papers and their location give us a hint as to his/their intentions...and is this now part of a cover-up, an attempt to obfuscate the truth, after such exposure...?" These and other questions that have been asked (a few inserted by me as ones that should have been, since they supposedly enjoy "freedom of the press") and (un)answered, by one individual who has posed as the spokesperson for a few in "higher office" whose answers to the pressing press reflected such a quality which apparently was one reason she was selected for such an (un?)anticipated occasion --that being "doctrinaire": excessively devoted to a doctrine or theory without regard to practical considerations (e.g., when her previous position, what she professed from the podium was found to be unsupported by the findings)..."We are sticking to our original position...I have been completely forthcoming here...I refer you to the Department of Justice for..." How, where, and when this ongoing investigation and search for truth, justice...will ultimately lead is, at press time for this post, still open-ended...and while "off-putting" for some (especially the representatives of the press invited to the daily "briefings") I found it oddly reminiscent, a hint of reverie, of the time I came across some compelling results of studies on some clinical applications, strategies, that if done correctly, could provide a great deal of relief...after just six or so sessions...๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜•...which I, based on already accumulated clinical experience, found quite "Question-able". For me, the hunt was finally over, while the (re)search was just beginning...

Say-Questering: For me a word that conjures up what I had been searching for, for several months...a topic that would not only hold my attention, but perhaps lead to some actual value-added strategies on behalf of those I was trying to assist in their own pursuits, of success in various domains of life (e.g., what I have come to call "Performance Psychology" which encompasses academics, athletics, pre-occupations๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š). One I happened upon when reviewing results of some published research, which I found quite contrary to both my accumulated experience which, while not out-right promising, sure seemed to guarantee an outcome, given the "conclusions" That is, it became a topic of major pre-occupation for me, a topic that I was intrinsically interested in and one which just might advance my occupational status, a major obsession...the search for the topic that would be the outcome of my "doctoral dissertation๐Ÿ˜”" Which started with an attempt to un-cover just what "they" (the authors, the originators, claimants of the results) had done, which brought them to such pre-posterous conclusions...The hunt was on...

Insert here, musical interlude: "(I've Been) Searchin' So Long" ๐…  ๐ŸŽ- Chicago, 1974 - A big hit on this subject, about half-way through my undergrad years, just about the time when I was asked to "choose a major" ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜– and co-incided with a time many classmates decided to take a so-called "gap" year due to so-called "junior-itis" (different than "senioritis" we heard about in HS) - which summed up the time spent on campus (much of which meant spending others' money) as "I've been here two years, taken 60 some credits, and have hardly learned a damn thing...perhaps I should do some soul searching..."
