Add-Mired, to your list of Desperate measures.

If it's not one thing...It's one thing to be tired, a common feeling word, we can all relate to, on many of occasion. It's a whole other set of circumstances to be "mired" as in "bogged down", like you're just trudging through it. Like when we watched a few movies recently, experienced these stronger-than-average feelings words...well at least we experienced this drudgery of an existence, by watching actors posing as the ones who back then, experienced this muddy existence in reality. Which is sort of the point of this post, my reporting to you, as I do from time-to-time, about not only words that can expand your "emotional vocabulary" (or what's sometimes termed "EQ"), but also how these things get so-called reported...

"As he was saying" As in within 90 seconds (no exaggeration, as I'm actually reporting to you on facts and letting you decide...) the "correspondent" this AM, "reporting" on the "dire" circumstances from a land far, far away (the name of which will be withheld to protect their privacy, in case you are tempted to reach out, with good intentions)..."It's a desperate situation...you must be feeling desperate...they're getting desperately short on...as they remain mired in such strongly disparate positions, caught in the middle of this civil war" So, how would you feel, if you were the one getting interviewed...more like provoked, wouldn't you say...? Hardly a time to prey on someone's weaknesses, in my opinion. But I'm just sayin'...

How are you really feeling?" After all this hype on how you are, supposedly, with all the reporters reporting on your feelings...are you, like me, feeling just a bit weary, leery, wishing they would just "stick the facts, just the facts..." Would be a welcome departure, from these dire circumstances they tell us we are in...

Oh, by the way, today is, in fact, the last day for filing your tax return...how RU feeling now...?
