A Royal Epitaph (?)
"Not on your life!" Or, in this case, "at least not quite...yet". As in, before I make my most grace-full, royal exits from this subject, I realized upon further "discovery" (which, in our business as well as law, refers to search and re-search, fact-finding until, you get the "good stuff", what you need to know) before you either go to trial or reach sufficient understanding. Sometimes this is an arduous process, done by you or others on your behalf. Whereas in the case of the Royals, this savory stuff just keeps coming at me via what is called my own personal "newsfeed" which, upon further investigation, is only personalized based on a rather impersonal set of analytics -- otherwise called an algo-rhythm..."things we think you may want to know, read about, based on what you've been peering into lately, clicking on"...😟😠
"Isn't It (Royally) Ironic?" Just a few ironies to further whet your appetite, regardless of where you place yourself on the scale of "watchers" (which, again, may determine what "news" come to you in the morning, at any rate...). Just after you've cleansed your palate of all the news and views, Royal go-sippers. These are not to be passed up, at least based on my personal (royal) algo-rhythm. That a guy named Norton (Joshua Abraham) who came to refer to himself as the self-proclaimed "Norton I, Emperor of the United States!" (he eventually added the moniker "Protector of Mexico") in 1859 -- this from a dude who earlier had made it big as a commodities trader, only to "lose it all" (literally, as well as...) when he tried in vain to corner the rice market, which went bust due in part to a famine in China. Wait, there's more -- isn't it just a bit ironic that this royal "wanna' be" self-declared phony, ends up the namesake of a security firm, form of security most of us rely on to sort out the fakes from the "real thing". And...
"How Ironic, after all..." After all this time has elapsed, since this "femme fatale" by some accounts, who became an object of affection for one future King, an object of scorn by some in the extended family ("Royal House Wrecker!"), and otherwise roiled royal watchers...has now, managed to accede to a throne (well, not the throne, but at least one adjacent to His Majesty, King Charles)...and one more Royal irony can be found in the contemporary version of "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the fairest...of royal ball?" And who should know better than the one who reflects the image of the Royal family back to them and US over here, as the royal photographer, who not only provides portraits but is able, given the almost complete access (not quite as complete as one Michael Fagan who made his way into the Queen's quarters both unannounced, uninvited, and what he uncovered....), is able to also portray the individual members of this host family for who they really are, when not in the public eye. A perspective that eventuated in him to conclude that (Queen-to-bee) Camilla was the nicest of the bunch, given in part that she was "Down to earth and fun". So there.
Still to Come: "Off with their heads" (Don't lose yours in the meantime...)
