Holding out, for a Knew set of arrange-meants...

Re: arrangements: As in I have a byte of rearranging to do, my-self, the post host, in order to make room, for this (welcome) development... 

A whole range of (special) arrangements: Ranging from what are known historically, legally, and in diplomatic circles -- the latter which, while circular in motion (which often find them going in...round and round, yet another round of negotiations..) in reality, are an attempt to 'square' things, set them straight...an attempt to bring all "interested parties" to the table (which is most often only a META-phor, for a place that exists that is more often a hybrid of "back channels" and "midnight oil" -- where people that remain anonymous to the rest of us remain toiling away...as in "late night negotiations" in order that the ones of main concern might, once again, see the "light of day" -- literally. Loved ones that are very well known to the "interested parties" whose names we get periodically reminded of, whenever there's a press leak, when negotiations we weren't even aware of "break down" or it's (the actual release) is about to "break". Generally speaking, without any facts before or after, what I can say, summarize for you...breaking down the process on both sides of the equation of this successful release...A bit of re-arranging seems to be in order...

Quid Pro Quo, broken down: Into component parts - as in "one pound sterling...a professional, with lots of prior experience...along with...with/whereby..." Whereas when used and applied in combination, takes on the meaning of "a favor or advantage granted or expected in return for something" -- or someone(s) in the present case. Lots of historical, legal, and diplomatic precedent, that not only students of history, but legal scholars, practitioners know, can themselves "break down" at any given moment, even after a lot of momentum...

Fervent Hope, Un-broken: As in "displaying a passionate intensity"...concurrent (as in simultaneously, even ongoing) with "expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen, a good outcome" Even after "having our hopes, dreams dashed" (as in undercut) -- and often also concurrent ("at the same time, not incompatible with") "not getting our hopes up too high...managing our expectations, based on previous experience and study of history..."

As for Our part...in these Knew re:arrangements...as in around our home table...where we kept your place..."we just knew, that some day, some way, you'd find your way back,.." Never gave up hope. Kept your place at the table. Refrained from rearranging your room. In any case, even if we, our-selves, have never met you, in person, and regardless of who may have had a hand in arranging this…
