Parisian Pause, French Faire 

Just when…I at least was “over all this…” turns out they aren’t. This revel-nation, basking in the glow of NBC’s Olympic ratings, sent me a reminder that even when I come across something as plain as granola - “Vanilla” in particular, putting the word “French” first sets a higher set of expectations, as in (cultivated)  taste...

It's only faire...that we (well, the ones that sport the golden arches) still feature the best French Fries...
