In brief: Or perhaps better viewed by these new generations of bill passers, payers...a short-cut on the longer version requiring sustained attention and assiduous study😔😠...What has evolved to "Pass this bill and then we'll find out what's really in it..." Or something like it, is what the "Speaker" spoke..."We need to pass this bill so that you can find out what is in it" FOR YOU. Is what she left out, but what would have gotten the attention, of the ones that are being en-titled...

Me Gens: The "boomers" were among the first to be referred to as the ones that ushered in a new age of narcissism, followed by the Me Too's and finally, almost a matter of natural course, the Me Me Me Mellennial types, who are casted as the ones where narcissism itself was not sufficient but now the "lazy, entitled" subtype who "still live with their parents"...The ones that are feeling "Great-ness" without actually having achieved much...yet. As if they are just waiting, biding their "sweet time"...until they feel like it, motivated, spurred to action, by...

Selfie Enlighten-meant: As in, after a period of self-study, in the basement of their parents' homes, a time of self-reflection (aka what we boomers called "hanging out😊") have come to realize just what they might realize, in the form of...immediate gratification. What we, our gen, might find they are lacking (the ability and appreciation for "things worth waiting for...") they are too busy looking up (as in  "free swag, no lag...time😊😊") to even notice they are down... 

"I'm on bored" In this age, era of legal-I-zation, it is enlightening for those speaking out (are you listening Nancy?) who are trying to motivate, galvanize, "get out" the vote, that this bunch is not easily impressed, hard to get up. let alone...out, of the House...

"Works for me!" The initial response to a new gen of worker bees, upon finding out AI is "supplementing..." 

"Wake up, call!" As in "At least I woke up and called rather than no call, no show...what more do you expect, given that I am from this new...

"Gig" While growing up we came to associate with any temp. job, part-time project, and eventually with what we called "entrepreneurial ventures" such as a lemonade stand (particularly if financed by our parents) but with these new worker-cum-Influencers, can refer to a whole under-ground econo-Me -- "It's just my side gig, don't report me ok?" 

PIP RIP: That is, gone are the days that a boss or even a Humane Resource Department rep could put a less-than-productive (i.e., "inefficient") worker on a so-called improvement plan, one tailored to their "strengths and weaknesses" (which is why they, the HR types, came up with "Personal" I guess). NOW, it's all about DIY -- "I'm too busy, can't you see...?!" As in too busy, counting, planning, plotting... 

PTO daze: Growing up we used to get a "sitter" on the evenings that parents and teachers met on our behalf.org, but in this new "wanna be at home" workers refers to "what do you care about how I use my paid time off...?!" 

brb: The newest excuse, as to why IM late to the zoom room meeting..."tmtt😉" (too much text traffic, of course...)

"It's not working, for me...anymore" Too late now, that the HR department, a layer  (on a different floor all-together from the managers, other corporate elites, the whole idea of HR, I guess)...has placed you and many of your gens on what's now titled "permanent vaca" (AKA "laid off...furloughed...let go...out-sourced...FIRED!")  

Swing Voters: The ones that the polling people could find hanging around the swings and slides, in order to get a handle on emerging trends, but now have to go searching through tunnels, mazes, and these new Gaga! pits -- a tough lot to follow, let alone get a handle on...
