Everyone loves a parade, right?! 

My votes for floats:  that didn’t quite make it, got re-routed...

Thirst Responders- Finally. a float that recognizes those who tended to our ‘tertiary’ needs (as in after the basics have been sated) - those who tended bar, which is why we call out “bar tender!” I deduce, having to shout to be heard, above the din, once again, on such a high demand eve -- a float that comes with its own good cheer “Root…beer!” Speaking of straws...

Sleighed, Deer! Featuring a flat bed of straw, a rare breed of steed, no longer in need, given the "up, up, up!" up-dated variety which, after finally, stopping for directions "proceed, with steed, to the route" (charging station not included, naturally) Oh, and what about the driver-less ones yet to come...

Driving Force - The first ones out and the last ones in... the drivers of the Amazon reign force variety, the group that decided to "strike out" on their own, in a demonstration -- "just smile and wave boys" -- now that you finally have the time and energy to do both at once...And, talking about "Mad-agascar"...

Things I had time to think about, while being re-routed, due to this #&*@ parade...!
