Hygienic Habits: As if you need yet another reminder, of what's good for you, what might finally get you to..."open wide..." (understandably, you might be a bit shy, after having your wallets pried open by the other side getting you to buy, consume all that garbage...) and now..."stick out your tongue..." No problem here, almost a reflexive reflection on the campaigns, ads, their negative counter-parts...lost all sense of taste...

Missing an Opening: As well as an affiliate, who remain loyal, even when others are running in the other direction, in Mass. (as well as Mich. and...) a trend that was, not only preventable but reversible...

From whiny to shiny: As in..."I love dentists...no one's done more for the ADA than I have...drill, baby drill...stop this nation from decaying further...!"
