Talking heads: usually, “Of State”….as in Secretary, ambassador, other dignitaries…that could pose and posture, diplomatically…and interact “thereof, therein, on behalf of"…a state, region, nation, a whole people...including attaché’s as well as those that carry them, such as the couriers - who always seem to be in a hurry...did I miss anyone?

Basic head nodding...nothing basic about it, as it turns out. Takes a lot of practice, both in what's called "in vitro" — Latin for...in the lab, test tube to be more specific—where the science comes in, the whole body of studies in body language…which is past down…as in sitting around the campfire...passing down traditions both orally and visually.
