Throw (or cast, whichever is easier) a wide net…if you want to catch any…

En-durable materials: As in making sure, if you’re casting a wide one that is likely to bring in a big catch, as well as hold onto it. This, from the returning Chief Executive (AKA President Elect) who saw the net effect of what he had accomplished, accompanied by a strong cast, reduced in size and scope...

And a wide angle lens, as the case may be — based on how large a photo it took to capture, for example, all the Israeli cabinet members gathered around their own table to discuss even the “preconditions” of a cease fire…which could, even rise to the level of “provisional”, which could in turn earn the distinction of a “mutual agreement” to dis-engage, gracefully with both saving face. 

Peace meal- sounds like another condition but actually refers to the universal first course of  “breaking bread together” and, if done right, finish with raising a glass of "good cheer"...
