Presidents and their vices; vices and their chairs.

Re: arrangement: as in historically, when did the person in head of anything start needing someone, to lean on…🎼?

After thoughts: come...the vice Presidents...along with their attendants...attendance at...their assigned special projects...and other-wise "they are out...on assignment". I'm keeping them out of harms way, at arm's length...(or whatever "one heartbeat" away from the President represents in air speed), when they fly...the so-called "Johnson Rule" named after the 44th...

A has been, hasn't always...been a stepping stone, but more of a "runner-up" (as in who came in second in the Presidential election)..."got to give them something for their efforts" was the line of reasoning, it appears. This, versus an "also ran" or one, a recent exception, who actually never did but got nominated...confused yet? As in, what we went through in our individual development, which for most occur in the teens, whereas others in mid-life...

Identity Crisis: Which also has them, running between the Executive suite and the Legislative branch...which, depending on one's personality, can either foster multiple affiliations and a sense, these daze, of being what the teens call an "Influencer" or, one that feels a strong sense of FOMO...Which, like anyone going through such crises can relate to, social media-wise..."Miss me, what did I miss?"  Let’s take a Harris poll…

A-mending: An attempt, an oppo for U.S. to either correct, clear up, or add to what we found wanting in what our founders may have missed...such as the 25th (submitted to the states in 1965, ratified in 1967), the so-called "line of succession" which is when/where the "one heartbeat away" and the role of the VP became elevated, a focus of more scrutiny. And even when the VP himself was elevated on AirForce One (LBJ) his heart became the focus of inquiry...as in "a family history of..." which then spread as a wider concern to the aging nature of those next in line...and you thought ageism was only a recent thing...

A place of your own: "Not that I don't want you to stay here..." Was, in my imagination, close to the message the VP must have internalized, until the 1970's, when Congress agreed to refurbish, furnish "Number One Observatory Circle" as the official residence. Now we're finally talking transparency...

On the move: While President's Day has become strongly associated with HUGE furniture sales, due to the number of times that VP's have been pushed around, I mean invited to go from House to home, I say it’s about time to have a holiday in their honor as well as a country wide estate sale, to help them unload some of their used furniture- You have the deciding, tie breaking vote here Mr. VP…

“So moved!”
