and Cons- the latter being a group of special interest, special interest groups, the ones schooled and hopefully well, experienced in the art, science of negotiations, which could, if brought to a successful conclusion, find these restless "Ruskies" (experienced negotiators are allowed such terms) released back out into what’s termed in hostage and prisoner release rhetoric “general populace”. Another round of negotiations in yet another war zone to complete yet another mother of a campaign promise…

Sometimes it takes an insider to see outside the lines …”Edward, is the snow done?”

And it takes a land grabber, I mean developer with an unlimited budget, a man of imagination... to see the “great expanse” (read "expense") as in Siberian barren landscape, to be one of great opportunities as in land barons… “can’t you see it, not quite the Riviera but more of a commune...with nature..."

and lastly speaking of land masses - it takes a special dusty-nation to provide cloud cover for those wanting a place of neutrality to forge a piece deal…a place that itself has promoted, added a HUGE value, to the game of Gulf...we LIV for it! Talk about a sand trap - the Saudi prince may also put his prints on a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia... Talk about grit. Where will we land next...

Neither here, nor there...as in a DMZ (..."another space we've been paying for but getting a raw deal") and the under-mining therein..."We'll take care of them, just stay put..." On the other hand...
