National Holler day...As in "Quit stalling around and get your behind, back to work!" As in not much getting done, as so many busy in the "Occupied" position... 

The few not sleeping in the pooper, wandering in a stupor..."I stayed up for this?!" 

Return the resolve..."No more going in tired, might end up getting my butt fired..." (at least until March Madness rolls around😁)
