Eh? before Eye, anything knew here? as in where most patents, end up-pending...
Dis-rupter: Is the new name, given to lots of tech, that changes the course of things, But, of course, we have had access, as close as the kitchen cabinets, for additional ingredients to spice up the otherwise dull course, on the table, ever since food dyes and such became part of our diets..."it's just not natural...so art-i-fi-cial...YUM!"
Girls and curls: As in "curlers in your hair, shame on you...!" was the caption that was designed to capture your attention, in what was then called an ad campaign, brought to you gladly while oddly by a group of "Mad Men"...which together produced a highly sought after “gadget for Gidget” and other girls next door, who wanted to spend less time with the “muss and fuss” of hair curlers, once the “split ends” were accounted for (requiring yet another product) and…
Here We Are! Other-wise experienced these days as "We're b-a-a-ck!" As in yet another product of our imagination that was captured..."a long, long, time ago..." The proverbial..."you're looking a byte old, my friend, you're aging like a dino-sore..." Like the ones that were featured in the eponymous film, who came upon the present day (no day like the present...why didn't I think of that?!) and became "intelligent" be eating "Brain Grain" (can you imagine the list of ingredients?) So, you see, there's really not much knew as this has been going on...the attempt at predicting, emulating, evolving...
E-molting, e-ven! W-a-a-ay before Snagglepuss, a character in my own character development, was oft quoted, from a show we watched prior and after attending more formal schooling ("Quick Draw McGraw") was created...well before the first installment of "Land Before Time" and its own depictions of earliest creatures...and certainly in advance of "Back to the Future" arrived and made its own im-print, creative way of introducing the future, by visiting the past...Mr. McCay - the "Father of the animated cartoon" prophesied, as early as the fist animated din0 made its appearance on our home screens, in 1914..."Animation is an art...what you have done is made it into a trade...(good) bad luck..."
Disruption to Corruption: "Why didn't eye see it coming?" As they say, hind-sight is "20-20" - yet another show that I should have, could have, if only I had...But what about anticipating every single, even beyond the most basic needs, as in introducing "knew products" that can actually ignite a need, I didn't even know I had...
"Welcome to your future" Which is pretty much what AI is all about, eh? Go ahead, I dare you...just try putting "Alexa" on "Ignore". Now that's an app, that at least at last glance (as of last count the average one of us looks 150 times per diem), had not yet been created. But it's likely in the works...pending.
Thought it a pleasant departure from trying to predict the shock market…
