What did "Commence" meant? Going east, to meet West Point grads.

"A Major, step forward..." Regardless of what you concentrated on, you're all winners ("that's what I heard...)

"Minors, a step back..." As I deliver not only a commencement address, but yet another presidential pardon, for your minor offenses…a HUGE tradition here ("isn't that why we raised all the funds to get this speaker to commit, to US...sit still, listen, it will be worth it...") 

"And what about those caissons..." They're a beautiful thing, just beautiful, they're winners...keep 'em rolling!" (will do, and this is why...after so many stanzas, we finally get to why..."now we won't get home tonight...🎜" given who we invited to address US)
