Lakers and (head) Fakers

"Name it!" No, not the obvious as “your price…nothings out of reach…” But the name of LA Lakers…which are ‘buy’ the ocean while the lakes are found closer to the Twin Cities from the state of “10,000 Lakes” where the team originated. Speaking of which, where the “North Stars” also abandoned the state to go south bound, all the way to Dallas…

Courtside: Where you will NOT find the LA Kings (which didn’t earn a crown this time around either) but a bunch of stars (as in actors, fakers) who better be prepped to pay what came to be known as a “King’s ransom” …

Some Total!: The amount that the new owner was willing to shell out, which almost matches the number of points that the player whose moniker “King (Lebron) James” has been well, earned…has now accumulated, in 'net' salaries...

"Better Butter"😋: What the branders of this team missed as the perfect match-up when they brought this team to what they still try to sell as “Land O Lakes” - particularly the salted variety. 

(while we here, in the Motor City, shake our heads in disbelief, as to how long it's taking to win the crown, we at least have a team name, that matches up)
