It's, of course...what kept me up, last night... 

There's a lot, up here...in my head, after being measured in every which weigh...at the so-called "annual"...

"Your ___ is up"...while another personal measurement came down, to compensate, I guess...guess which, is "which"...

Up-plying pressure - “You don’t bring this down I’m going to have to cuff you again…”

"On the up-and-up" A standard answer for how I/we complete the health questionnaire, regarding what's known in the trade as "patient compliance"😉... 

Caught me flat-footed...after I was up, on my tippy toes...the "zinger" question they seem to add, that catches us off guard, and adds questionable value...

"Go, look it up..." Why don't you, as I answered these same questions last year, the year before...as I already indicated on page one..."know changes"... 

"To go back up, to top, just hit tab" Now you can start all over, with a clean slate😄...

Yep, things are always looking up - it is "My Chart" after all...

A foul-up: So, just how does my blood work? It's what's circulating...come back, if you're up to it.
