“So what gives…and keeps on going?” As in what gives them the inspiration to not only pursue it…but keep ‘going’ into a specialty where you end up taking about…going…”how often and how much at a time…?” Pee pee, that is (poo poo being the pre-occupation of proctologists and gastroenterologists, a shared responsibility, as there’s plenty to go, around) And then it finally came, flooding out…

Ur-etha! It finally got leaked out to me by an accomplished practical practitioner - “who wouldn’t want to be in a specialty in which you are promised a steady and otherwise uninterrupted flow of patients?"
