Making a deal, has the feel... of a really good meal…while our steaks have never been higher and our shrimp scampi has gotten skimpy, our pork barrel politics have never been sweeter…good thing as my stomach’s like a bottomless pit…TG for Diet coke…Your loss is my gain…

Like a game… American football, only in the arena, of politics...which finds U.S. back, on our own turf, since 1867 (love to tease Vladdy)...back on offense, after playing defense. after being pressed, by our own team of incompetent meddling media moguls... 

It can be a physical game... A game involving laws of physics, where, try as you might, you might only gain a few inches at a time (makes sense, while chewing up a Big Mac)...and after all plays had been exhausted call in one more from the sidelines (we'll just call it "Seward's Folly" that will fool them)...

“Try Lateral” - When simple handoff fails, try a 3-way approach, where you fake one way, toss it backwards to another dude (“comrade”!) who runs it forward, given the momentum that we’ll just call a ground attack...

Prized possession - Now we’re talking a HUGE prize…forget about being noble, that whole Nobel Peace Prize nomination from “who knows who” - I’m talking about getting invited to a night at the Oscars…for pitting one against the other…an incredible picture show…”The Vladiatiors”!
