Pyramid schemes, and the unsolved riddle 

"...it came to pass..." Usually a signal we're going back it time, to visit a place or time, or both...

"...see, folks, from their perspective..." A common intro from a tour guide to get the group to try and peer, into the past...

"...a feat of human architecture, of inhuman proportion..." We just crossed over from the ancient pyramids to the menacing creature featuring human head, lion bod, eagle wings...(imagine the dietary requirements)

"...even more bizarre, comes an avatar..." The updated version of which includes "an electronic image that can be manipulated by a computer user..."

"...the question that remains..." the updated version of the unsolved riddle, that the tour guide likes to leave them with, to come back for more...as to why..."the 21st Centurions, bought into a scheme that included a tabulated set of recommendations for a balanced diet that accounted for the various stages of life and dietary needs, butt..."

"...to say nothing of..." One left out, but important detail. As in what actually tastes good, that should at least be represented by one corner of the pyramid. 

"...the more things change..." Taking us full circle.
