A few choice words, word choice

I mean, if you have to pick and choose… between word salad and meat tenderizer…may as well economize, get right to the heart of the matter…

Citing chapter and verse… comes across as terse, remarks - “pope on a rope” as a “get right to the point, why pussy foot around…?!” Mimicking Muhammad…Ali, his famous “rope a dope” strategy of tiring out your opponents with rhetoric and rant, until you simply punch their lights out..."is he even Catholic?!"  

Slip, of the tongue... the only thing that would explain it, as he's never been characterized as being much of a drinker, this president that makes so many slurs in his speech. 

Speech-less... "If you can't say something nice...never been one to stick to the script"
