Veranda rites... used to consist of sipping lemonade on the porch, but now it's a bit crowded. In the words of George Carlin, if you want more stuff, going to need a vaster veranda 

A driving force... which due to the rising demands, includes planes, trains, automobiles...even drones with phones "Ahoy there!"
