“We’re  entering a new phase...” 

You and Me, US earthlings… so it would appear. As represented by the recent “man on the street” surveys about the recent “man, man, woman, and man (not sure of seating arrangement)“ sharing space…as they circled the moon. Based on a random survey on the mall…”Why would anyone want to go all that way and not even land…if I wanted to see a moon walk, I’d go watch Michael…why, with a woman aboard, they didn't stop for directions, and keep circling... I couldn’t see it with all the other space junk…” Yep, based on conversations around the home base, plans for setting up a new base up there, had left the majority…un-phased. Tough crowd down here. These new moon streamer gens. 

Oh...btw...get ready for A3 - based on current conditions down here, will probably prove to be under-whelming.
