Spitting Images and Slippery Slides

Could have been the leading line of either "Slip Sliding..." or "50 Ways..." In any case. as good a caption for what takes place on a regular basis, as part of what in the biz, is called a "saliva...pee...blood test" The bodily fluids that get analyzed, depending on what the conditions call for. The latter being the driving force, of what's viewed under glass. Whether under a microscope or slide, the staining of slides as well as eye strain…even the ruination of reputations, is all part of a day's work, in the life and times of a practicing Pathologist. Interested? Caution: we're talking about the "gross!" part of anatomy.
